A head-to-toe stretch and strengthening class, this practice is a fusion meant to move you through stretching asanas for soothing tight muscles, joints and the connective tissue or fascia.

Face Yoga

Welcome to an uplifting practice meant to naturally help raise and tone the muscles of the face, increase circulation, and reduce tension. The result is a healthier, firmer complexion and more radiant younger looking skin.

Yoga Fit

A vinyasa-style whole body workout focusing also on breath and proper alignment. A higher number of repetitions through poses and a longer breath count will strengthen the muscles as well as improve endurance.
