How do I access my bookings?

Simply login to our booking form located above this section to access all your current and future bookings. Use the username and password that was created and emailed to you when you created your first booking. Do check your spam folder if you cannot find it.

If you still cannot find it simply hit the Forgot Password link and enter the email address with which you registered and you’ll receive a link to reset everything.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes! In most instances you can do this yourself via the Customer Panel. You can book and/or cancel or modify your reservation no later than 24 hours prior to your class.

How do I access my ondemand membership account?

Please hit the button above or follow the link below to login to your GiaFit membership account. Note: it is a different page from your regular GiaFit Bookings & Appointment page.

To reset your password follow the link below. Note your password is the same across the GiaFit website i.e. for both your appointment bookings and ondemand access.

Your First Class

Where do I go?

Our studio is spacious, well equipped and located in the Upper Foothills in Vernon, BC (off Silverstar Road). The address will be sent to you as part of your welcome package.

We have parking available on a first come first serve basis on our driveway as well as plenty of street parking opposite the studio.

What do I need to bring to my first class?

Comfortable clothing suitable for your class and your own water bottle.

For Yoga please bring your own mat and one or two Yoga blocks.

For Zumba please bring comfortable grippy indoor training shoes ideally with rubber tread on the outsole. In order to keep our studio healthy and clean we ask that you do not use regular outdoor running or training shoes.

On your first visit you will need to fill and sign the below form, you may review, sign and submit it online OR you can review, print and bring with you if you prefer.
